Fenner Dunlop, a leadingmanufacturer of conveyor belts, was contemplating the possible relocation of one of its plants, which occupied 13.6 acres near downtown Avondale Estates, Georgia. Our role was to determine the property’s highest and best use in order to gauge its potential disposition value. The client then hired us to assist in the disposition of the property, which ultimately sold to a local multifamily developer.
The retirement trust fund of Tektronix, a Fortune 500 company, developed a 301-acre business park in Hillsboro, Oregon, geared toward high-technology companies.
